The Process
What Happens, Step By Step
Document Submission & Verification
Send us your original passport (6+ months validity, two blank pages) and a copy of your onward flight ticket. We verify everything before lodging.
Application Lodgement At Immigration
We submit your official extension application at the designated immigration office and pay the mandatory IDR 500,000 government fee on your behalf.
Mandatory Biometric Appointment
You attend one in-person appointment for fingerprints (all ten) and a digital photograph — the one step Indonesian law requires from you directly.
Passport Stamping & Final Return
We monitor your status daily and, once your passport is ready with its extended stamp, collect it on your behalf and arrange delivery.

Original passport with 6+ months remaining validity and at least two blank pages, plus a recent passport-style photo.
Onward Flight Ticket
A printed or digital copy of your confirmed flight ticket departing Indonesia.

A bank statement or income proof, occasionally requested by immigration for certain nationalities.
Purpose Of Stay
